Refund Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

Organizers set the refund terms for their own events, within the platform-wide protections below. The organizer’s refund window is shown on the event page before you pay.

1. Cancelled events

tl;drFull refund, including our fee, without asking.

If an organizer cancels, every ticket is refunded in full — face value plus any service fee you paid — without you needing to ask. Refunds return to the account that paid, typically within one to three business days. The organizer issues the refund; contact us if yours has not arrived.

2. Postponed or materially changed events

tl;dr14 days to decide.

If the date, city or headline act changes materially, your ticket stays valid for the new arrangement and you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement, regardless of the organizer’s standard policy.

3. Change of mind

tl;drDepends on the organizer.

The organizer’s stated policy governs. Organizers either allow refunds up to a set number of hours before the event or allow none, and the event page shows which before you pay. To request a refund, contact the organizer with your registration number.

4. Non-refundable in all cases

tl;drTurning up late or not at all.

Tickets already scanned for entry, no-shows, and late arrivals refused entry under the venue’s published door policy are not refundable. Neither are tickets bought outside KHEvents.

5. Free events

tl;drNothing to refund — but let the organizer know.

Free registrations cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot make it, let the organizer know so they can release the place to someone else.

6. How to request one

tl;drContact the organizer first.

Contact the organizer with your registration number and the reason for your request. The organizer has 5 business days to respond; if they do not respond, email [email protected] and we review the request against this policy and decide. Once a refund is issued, your order shows as refunded.

7. Chargebacks

tl;drTalk to us first — it is faster.

Raising a dispute with your bank before contacting us slows things down considerably. Our refund process is usually faster and we will tell you honestly when a refund is not due under the applicable policy.
